One year Completed

Dear Members

I am very much thankful for the support each one you have given to Surely Success Club in the last
one year. I am also thankful for the resource persons for their support. Since our club a brand
new one, the participation by members were less. Inspite of this, the guest speakers have done
wonderfully well, with much enthusiasm.

We have entered 2nd year successfully.  Though the number of  members less, but every
one of you were committed. Many members attened continously month after month.

We have larger plans:

1. Book Review:
From May 2016 onwards, a new concept is being introduced. In every meeting, one
of the members will present the gist or the main points of a self development book.
All the members will be immensely benefited. In a year, members will have the
information and contents of 12 self development books.

2. Individual Success Tracking:
This is a very new concept, no other club has ever introduced.
Members will be given a handbook. They will be asked to write down their goals,
actions plans, hurdles they expect, steps to overcome, etc. etc.
One person is allocated to monitor and guide another person. (Group of 2)

For every 5 groups there will be one Team Leader.  He will monitor and follow up
all the ten persons, under him.
Every month half an hour will be allocated to this. Over a period of time, the
success of each member will be assured by following this strategy.
Overall, individual counselling will be given me, whoever needs.

3. Annual Subscription:

In the month of December, no meeting could be conducted, since whole Chennai
was affected by flood. Our regular meeting hall was completly damaged by flood water.

The annual subscription falls due on the given dates below for the respective members.
Hence, we have extended the subscription by one month to all members. The revised
renewal date is given.

Inauguration a great success

Dear friends,

Inauguration event went well.

Initiatially, there was lukeworm response.But during the session, more audience was
there.

The Club was inaugurated by Mr.A.Sankar, Director of School Education (Retd). His
inaugural talk was very motivative.

Mr.Udhaykumar, Principal of Sakthi Engineering College felicitated the function. His
talk covered overall personality development of each person. He shared his  personal
experiences, which were very impressive and impacted the audience.

Mr.Venkatesan, Regional Manager (HR), FLSmidth, felicitated the function and delivered
a wonderful presentation. He touched upon the importance of such clubs to common
man to develop himself.

Mr.S.N.Raghavan, Chief Manager of Dena Bank, delivered a superb talk with his
own style.

The function is so successul, all the participants including the Chief Guest and Guest
speakers signed for membership.

We have long plans to go. We will take the next step a stronger one, with everybody's
support.

We intend to open branches in different centres of Tamil Nadu.

Regular Agenda:
Monthly once meeting for 3 hours
Monthly one topic (if need be, same topic can be extended for another month). (Complete inputs will be given)
Every Fourth Sunday meeting at 9 a.m. at Andhra Chamber of Commerce Hall.
If needed, guest lectures will be arranged. Outside trainer will also be invited.
Participants will be given opportunities to talk on the subject. (Great boon, if you want
to become a Trainer)

Subscription:  Annual Subscription Rs.1000/- (Only for the first 50 participants,
afterwards Rs.1500/-)
For Students: Annual Subscription Rs.750/- only.

My personal intention is to make all the participants RICH & HAPPY in their life.

MIND TUNING RELAXATION will be done in every session.
